# Zoom

The Zoom connector gives the agent read access to your account's users, scheduled meetings, and cloud recordings — useful for pulling meeting details or finding transcripts without leaving Slack.

## What It Enables

| `list_recordings` | `read`     | List cloud recordings for a user in a date range, including transcript files |

## Setup

**Required:** Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth app credentials — **Client Secret** (stored as the credential), **Client ID**, and **Account ID**.

**Where to find it:** In the [Zoom Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoom.us), go to **Develop → Build App → Server-to-Server OAuth**. Create an app, then copy the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from the app credentials page. Grant the scopes `user:read:admin`, `meeting:read:admin`, and `recording:read:admin`.

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Zoom** tile.
3. Enter your **Account ID**, **Client ID**, and **Client Secret**.
4. Click **Verify & Save**.

Your Client Secret is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Notara mints short-lived bearer tokens automatically and refreshes them as needed.
