# Zendesk

The Zendesk connector gives the agent access to your support tickets, customer conversations, user accounts, and Help Center articles — so the team can query support data without switching tools.

## What It Enables

## Setup

**Required:** Zendesk API token, the agent email it belongs to, and your subdomain.

**Where to find it:** In Zendesk, go to **Admin Center → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API** and create an API token.

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Zendesk** tile.
3. Enter your **subdomain** (the part before `.zendesk.com`), the **agent email**, and the **API token**.
4. Click **Verify & Save**.

Your API token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
