# Typeform

The Typeform connector gives the agent access to your forms, survey responses, and completion analytics — useful for pulling NPS results, onboarding survey answers, or feedback summaries into Slack.

## What It Enables

| Tool                | Capability | Description                                                                    |

| `get_form`          | `read`     | Get a form's questions, field types, and answer options                        |

| `get_form_insights` | `read`     | Get completion rate, average time, and drop-off stats (requires Business plan) |

## Setup

**Required:** Typeform Personal Access Token.

**Where to find it:** In Typeform, go to **Account → Personal tokens** and create a new token with `forms:read` and `responses:read` scopes.

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Typeform** tile.
3. Go to [admin.typeform.com/account/tokens](https://admin.typeform.com/account/tokens) and create a token.
4. Paste it into the credential field and click **Verify & Save**.

Your token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. `get_form_insights` requires a Typeform Business plan; it returns a clear error on lower tiers.
