# Scheduler

The Scheduler connector lets the agent create, list, toggle, and delete recurring automated tasks — directly from a Slack conversation or any connected MCP client.

## What It Enables

## Setup

**No external API key required.** The Scheduler connector is built into Notara and operates against your workspace's own automations. There is nothing to connect or credential — it is available to the agent automatically.

Tasks created via the agent appear in **Automations** in the dashboard, where you can also manage them directly. Enabling a task in the dashboard is the explicit admin authorization step; the agent can create tasks in draft state but the final activation is yours.

Note: `delete_scheduled_task` has `destructive` capability, which triggers an in-channel confirmation prompt before the agent proceeds.
