# Pipedrive

Read deals, contacts, organizations, activities, and pipeline structure from Pipedrive CRM.

## What It Enables

| Tool                 | Capability | Description                                                                       |

| `find_deals`         | `read`     | Search or filter deals by status, pipeline, stage, owner, person, or organization |
| `get_deal`           | `read`     | Get one deal in full, including custom fields                                     |
| `list_persons`       | `read`     | List contacts with name, email, phone, and linked organization                    |
| `list_organizations` | `read`     | List companies with name, address, and owner                                      |
| `list_activities`    | `read`     | List calls, meetings, tasks, and emails, filterable by deal, person, or org       |
| `list_pipelines`     | `read`     | List all pipelines with their stages and deal probabilities                       |

All tools are read-only. Uses Pipedrive API v2.

## Setup

**Required:** Pipedrive personal API token.

**Where to find it:** Pipedrive → **Settings → Personal preferences → API**

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Pipedrive** tile.
3. In Pipedrive, go to **Settings → Personal preferences → API** and copy your personal API token.
4. Paste the token into the credential field and click **Verify & Save**.

Your API token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
