# Figma

The Figma connector gives the agent read access to your Figma files — structure, text content, comments, and rendered images.

## What It Enables

| Tool                 | Capability | Description                                                             |

| `get_team_projects`  | `read`     | List the projects (folders) in a Figma team                             |

| `get_file_comments`  | `read`     | Read design review comments and feedback threads on a file              |
| `get_image_renders`  | `read`     | Render specific nodes as images and return URLs                         |

All tools are read-only. The file key is the segment after `/file/` or `/design/` in any Figma URL.

## Setup

**Required:** Figma Personal Access Token.

**Where to find it:** [figma.com → Settings → Security → Personal access tokens](https://www.figma.com/settings).

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Figma** tile.
3. In Figma, go to **Account Settings → Security** and click **Generate new token**.
4. Give it a name (e.g. "Notara") and copy the token.
5. Paste the token into the Figma connector field and click **Verify & Save**.

Optionally provide a default Team ID (from your team's URL) so the agent can list projects without needing you to supply it each time.

Your API key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
