# Calendly

Read your Calendly schedule — upcoming events, invitee details, and active booking pages — from Slack.

## What It Enables

| Tool                    | Capability | Description                                                            |
| ----------------------- | ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `list_scheduled_events` | `read`     | List upcoming and recent events with invitee details, time, and status |
| `get_event_invitees`    | `read`     | Get invitee details for a specific event                               |
| `list_event_types`      | `read`     | List active booking pages with duration and scheduling URL             |

All tools are read-only.

## Setup

**Required:** Calendly personal access token

**Where to find it:** [calendly.com/integrations/api-webhooks](https://calendly.com/integrations/api-webhooks)

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Tools**.
2. Click the **Calendly** tile.
3. In Calendly, go to **Integrations → API & Webhooks** and generate a personal access token.
4. Paste the token into the credential field and click **Verify & Save**.

Your access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
