# Google Gemini

Use your own Google AI API key to let the agent use Gemini models for specific tasks.

## Setup

**Required:** Google AI API key

**Where to find it:** [aistudio.google.com/app/apikey](https://aistudio.google.com/app/apikey)

1. In the Notara dashboard, go to **Settings → AI Providers**.
2. Click **Add key** next to Google Gemini.
3. Paste your key and click **Save**.

Your key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Notara will use it for tasks routed to Gemini models.
